I am a contributing editor at Outdoor Photographer magazine who has worked as a freelance photographer, writer, and photo instructor for over 40 years. More than 2,000 of my photos have been published, including 88 covers, and I have sold over 10,000 prints. I've also written over 225 magazine articles and 12 books. I've been teaching my students how to make their own great landscape images since 2002. The images, stories, and articles on this website are the fruits of that labor.
